PRECISION THERANOSTICS (PTNx) is committed to bringing the next-generation solutions for treatment and early diagnosis of chronic and fatal diseases. Innovative prognosis based early intervention is a key to improving survival and cure chronic and fatal diseases. We are developing prognosis-based intervention strategies for respiratory diseases and age-related conditions. Our current theranostic pipeline includes novel intervention strategies for COPD-emphysema, Cystic Fibrosis, IPF and age-related disorders.

In addition, a track record of proof of concept (POC) peer-reviewed scientific publications, allowing further clinical development and innovation for the bench to bedside translation.

PULMONARY DISEASES

Early diagnosis is the key to improving survival and finding cure for variety of lung conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Emphysema, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) etc. In addition, exposure to biomass smoke, cigarette smoke, e-cigarette vapors and air pollution triggers chronic lung conditions where development of LungHealth Diagnostics will allow early prognosis based intervention.

AGE-RELATED DISORDERS

Age-related neurodegenerative conditions and macular degenration (AMD) as well as smoke induced accelerated lung aging invlove changes in cellular homeostatic processes that serves as early prognostic indicators of initiation of disease for timely intervention. Thus, development of prognosis based intervention provides a novel intervention strategy for age-realted disorders.

TARGETED THERAPIES

Targeted patient specifc therapies for acquired dysfunctions and/or inherent genetic factors, allowing early intervention for susceptible subjects as well as increasing the efficacy of treatment while avoiding adverse side effects. As an example, variety of restrictive lung conditions involves susceptibility factors that trigger or flare up disease on exposure to envioronmental or biomass smoke and aging etc, where early screening and targeted intervention can help improve survival.
